Lidocaine 2% with adrenaline (epinephrine) 1:80,000 is a clear, sterile local anaesthetic solution used to produce rapid, reliable anaesthesia for dental and minor surgical procedures. Lidocaine (2%) provides reversible nerve blockade, while adrenaline (1:80,000) acts as a vasoconstrictor to reduce local bleeding and prolong anaesthetic effect.
